Customers complete a Wellness Assessment that considers basic information, including biological sex, BMI, activity level, and your two wellness goals. Bioniq uses this data to recommend one of 40 personalized granule formulas from up to 22 nutrients. It's a straightforward, accessible way for anyone to begin their personalized wellness journey.

Take two scoops of granules per day with meals. The granules can be swallowed with water, juice, or milk, or mixed into shakes, yogurt, or similar foods. They should not be chewed. Moreover, the granules are not intended to be consumed with hot beverages nor added to a blender.
The Bioniq platform analyses a customer’s input from the Wellness Questionnaire (biological sex, BMI, activity level, and two wellness goals) and matches to one of 40 formulas.
After you complete the Wellness Assessment, your responses are used to match you to a formula designed to align with your inputs and wellness goals (for example, the goals you select and other information you provide).
